  1. That means the planet would go under completely in a way. Without winds, weather patterns can not change, a lot of plants can not reproduce since pollen and some seeds require air to move around, storms really can't form and if they do form they would get stuck in an area for good. Also, erotion would not occur, which would prevent minerals from going into soil, and this can cause some soil to be depleted of nutrients. So if the wind stops for good, this planet is doomed in a way.

  2. I guess it would be the lull before the storm.

  3. We would all die.  The plants wouldn't be able to pollenate, the clouds wouldn't move, so no rain... no water, etc.  We'd be gone.

  4. I'm sitting in the middle of a hurricane and you're asking me?

  5. No movement of air = no weather. No weather = no life on earth.

  6. If you mean on a planetary scale, then one of the X-Men will show up for a profoundly important dialogue.
