  1. then you're labeled a dumbass, how do yuo get caught doing THAT?

  2. Wow, do you need a wakeup call.  Cops do serious stuff all the time.  Do the words "prison" and "overcrowding" mean anything to you?  Apparently not - why should they give you $50 or "something else".

So let me break it down - you've stolen from the person of another.  In NY, that's grand larceny.  If there were any debit cards or credit cards inside, there would separate GL charges for those as well.

Felony offenses can be higher than misdemeanor sentences.  If you've ever been convicted and sentenced for a felony, then it may be illegal in your jurisdiction to give less than that.  If the victim can convince the cops and the DA that you didn't just pickpocket, but used force, you're looking at robbery charges, robbery 3rd - a class D felony.  If the victim said you displayed what "looked like a gun" or that you injured her, then it's Robbery 2nd, which is not only a higher grade offense, a but a designated "violent felony" (the term is provided in statute, it's not determined whether a particular charge is a violent felony on a case-by-case basis).

  3. You would be arrested and taken to jail.  And hopefully given some grammar lessons.

  4. Um... You would be charged with theft... prob serve some jail time if there was credit cards or a social security card in there.

  5. Uh run really fast
