What would happen if i refuse my ex a visit?

My daughters father is suppose to have her every other weekend from friday at 6 until sunday at 6 and every other weekend from satuday at12 until sunday at 6. He has not seen her or contacted her scince xmas she is only 2. If he calls and says he wants her and i tell him no because she does not know him or his family anymore what will happen???

If it's mandated by the court, you have to let him see her. If you feel he is an unfit father, you need to take him to court. Be prepared to pay for a lawyer.
