1. go intu bank or kall em & giv chek number.  Bank mae charj yu 10$ for this & mae hav a time limit like bout 3 week.

They can take you to court for the money. In court you can talk to the judge about why you didn't pay, but you may be liable for some of the money. The best thing to do would be to write them a letter stating why you didn't pay them. It would also be a good idea to see another mechanic and have him put into writing what about the car wasn't fixed properly.
