OK I used it without needing it and when I got my erection it hurt like heck it gave me the most intense erection i had ever had and i felt like my skin would tear i was so hard. it was not enjoyable because my skin was so tight and uncomfortable that I couldnt use it. That was bad for me and the wife.

You could get priapism...an extended erections that lasts for four or more hours...sounds great?  Not really.  They have to inject the p***s to try to bring down the erection.  If that does not work, they have to take you to surgery and cut the skin of the p***s to flush out the tissues of the p***s.  Or...you could just the normal side effects:  Other adverse effects such as headaches, flushing, dyspnea, nasal congestion, urinary tract infection, abnormal vision and photosensitivity, hearing loss, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, rash, etc.  The combination of Viagra and nitroglycerin can be risky and cause significant problems including lowering blood pressure and death.
