  1. well... ur vessels will start loosing a lot of blood.. u will need a surgery if its a very big leak, this can be dangerous!!

  2. Commonly caused by An aneurysm (or aneurism) which is a localized, blood-filled dilation (balloon-like bulge) of a blood vessel caused by disease or weakening of the vessel wall. Aneurysms most commonly occur in arteries at the base of the brain (the circle of Willis) and in the aorta (the main artery coming out of the heart), a so-called aortic aneurysm. The bulge in a blood vessel can burst and lead to death at any time. The larger an aneurysm becomes, the more likely it is to burst and since aneurysms naturally grow, given enough time they will inevitably reach the bursting point if undetected.

Rupture leads to drop in blood pressure, rapid heart rate, and lightheadedness. The risk of death is high except for rupture in the extremities.

  3. You could die.  A 67yo friend of mine recently had a leak in his aorta.

It required immediate surgery.  They repaired it by taking a vein out of his leg.   Would you believe it was a 15 hour operation, and the surgeon was 80 years old.  That was about 3 months ago, and he is back at work now.  Took about 6 weeks to recover to the stage where he could look after himself.  Good luck.
