  1. You'll suffer a lot of pain, (Center chest, down the left arm), have a heart attack, land on the operating table and you'll die.  Not necessary in that order.

  3. It would affect the blood flow and you'll probably get a heart attack!

  4. You'd get an aneurism which would swell up like a balloon and probably burst resulting in a visit to Quincy's table.
