It has had Anna Nicole Smith, first called Vicky Smith and born Vicky Hogan. She was fat and ugly and had many pages devoted to her. Some horribly ugly actress appeared in it in 1992. Sarah Heartburn or whatever was shown nude. She is not fat, but she is award-winningly ugly. She was the cover girl though.

I seriously doubt that this magazine would do that but believe it or not some guys do like big girls and some guys aren't shallow enough to dislike them.
