  1. You might get a little wetter on the way down than you normally would be.  Clouds are not solid, it wouldn't even slow you down.

Above about 24,000' the clouds are all composed of ice crystals, meaning you wouldn't even get wet.  It's just get a little hard to see.

  2. You would return here and ask "What is terminal velocity for a flailing human body?"

  3. Get some water boiling in a pot and suddenly take the lid off.  Stand back so you don't scald your face.

A rain cloud is of the consistency of the cloud of water vapor that comes out of the pot when you lift the lid.  You would not "land on" the cloud.  You would fall through as if there were nothing there.

    Bonk!  On the ground.

  4. You can't land on a rain cloud. Clouds are water vapor, not solid surfaces. You'd fall right through and hit the ground -- you'd be wet from the rain and dead from the fall.
