What would happen if someone drank almost a full bottle of ipecac syrup?

There's a good chance they'll end up in the morgue. Ipecac is cardiotoxic- meaning it can directly poison the heart. People have died from taking the proper dose, let alone the entire container. This is one of the two main reasons that Ipecac has been removed from most treatment regimes and is no longer recommended for use by non healthcare providers.

well 2 tbsps makes you throw up really violently so if you drank almost a  whole bottle you'd end up in the hospital. ipecac is toxic when taken to the extreme and could even be fatal
