What would happen if the world ended??

I don't understand the question.  But to answer it as written, it would be all over. If the world ended it would be gone.  What else is there to say.

I don't honestly think anyone can answer this considering it hasn't yet, lol.

But, many people have theories as to how it might happen. I, however, don't beleive it will. Not for a few zillion years at least.

The world will slowly end, over billions of years, it would slowly dry out, then turn into an un-inhabitable  planet, then finally become just a giant rock that would probably get smashed by a giant comet, contributing to the formation of another planet.

If you are referring to 2012, the theory isnt that the "world" will end, but that great change will happen on planet earth. It is pretty much an apocalytpic scenario where mass extinctions happen and very few survive, BUT those that do survive rebuild humanity from scratch, maybe choosing to avoid greed this this time around.

Most likely the world (Earth) will end in fire in billions of years.  The Sun will exhaust much of its fuel and grow into a red giant.  The Earth revolves around the Sun in what is known as a "goldilocks" zone - that is a region that is "just right" for life to exist.  As the Sun expands, the Earth will become hotter and hotter until its atmosphere and biosphere are burned away.  Finally, the Earth would be consumed by the Sun, itself, as it expands to be larger than the Earth's orbit.

There is a chance that humans, or creatures into which humans will evolve, will develop the technology to move the Earth out into a wider orbit and prolong the time Earth is inhabitable.  However, eventually, the Sun will collapse into a Neutron star and then the Earth will freeze.  By then, humans (or their descendants) may have left the Earth for greener pastures.  

In the much more distant future, the Universe itself will grow cold.  Recent discoveries of dark matter and dark energy indicate that there is more force pulling the galaxies away from each other than their is keeping them together.  As this process continues, the universe will eventually fall into a big freeze.

Again, technology may save the day.  Many scientists believe we exist in a multi-verse, where other universes exist right next to our own, separated by dimensions we cannot perceive.  One day, mankind (or its heirs) may learn how to cross these dimensional barriers and move into younger universes even as their own freezes.

It is unlikely (although I don't want to say impossible) that humanity will end in some kind of Biblical Armageddon.  I think this is what you're really asking about.  Mankind, if it's wise, will get off the Earth and spread throughout the solar system, then the galaxy, then the universe, and then the multiverse.  It seems likely that in a few hundred years humans will be on Mars, moons, and asteroids throughout the solar system.

Once we reach this point, it is very unlikely that the human race will ever become extinct.  However, until then we should be keeping a wary eye on our world's greatest risks: near-Earth objects (NEOs), super-volcanoes, disease, famine, war, racism, etc.
