Despite movie portrayal, volcanos don't actually have a molten blowhole that just sits there full of lava.  It caps off, and lava leaks through cracks and small holes all over the place, or it builds up pressure and explodes all at one time.  If you were to inject toxic waste into a volcano, it would just distribute it with the lava all over the place.

A better place to put it is in the subducting rock at a trench.

Nothing spectacular to start, however if the volcano erupted there would be quite a large spread of toxic waste in the atmosphere and on land.

It would pop strait back out again.

It would then be very hot, mushed up into tiny pieces, and probably way more dangerous than when you were looking after it so well.

Toxic waste? Keep it close - keep it safe.
