I try to pile my plate with plenty of veggies at each meal (even breakfast). On many days, I eat at least one bag of frozen veggies each day. The veggies I eat are usually carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, sugar snap peas, onions, string beans, mushrooms, and such. I do not eat corn or regular peas.
I know that veggies are high in fiber and low in calories, but I was wondering if I could be eating too many veggies.
If it helps any, I also drink a lot of water and very little soda. If I have anything in my water it would be lemon juice for a little added flavor.
