  1. they can see you from inside and they will take your license number down and have the police stop you. most places here in pa. you have to pay first before you pump.


  2. Most gas stations you have to run your credit card before you can pump it.  If you pay by cash you have to pay first.

  3. In Kansas, you receive a fine and get your license taken away for one year.  

  4. they would call the cops and when they pulld you over they would take you to the gas place and you would pay 4 it and if you dont have $ the jail time and a tiket
