salads, water, milk, SOME cheese, grilled chicken, some beans, brown rice, and NO soda, sugary treats, or fast food for 3 months? Im thinking about trying this...but i don't want to exercise.......if i do exercise tho, would a 30 min. walk every OTHER day be good? how much weight should i lose? P.S. im not planning on becoming bulimic or anorexic, i just want to lose some weight. plus, i want to become a vegetarian, but the closest i can come to that is salads with chicken..thanks!:D
