I'm assuming you mean your butt turned out to be empty.  If that happened, when the suppository melted you'd f**t out a lot of the active ingredient (and a lot of newly generated gas!)...But even when that happens it's more than likely that you'll have retained some of the active ingredient, so next time you do a sh'it you will notice the effect!

ok..suppositories can be given for many reasons. What exactly is your question and why are you taking one?

you mean, if the suppository didn't work, and you didn't p**p? well, then you need to use something stronger, like maybe an e***a, or a strong laxative. or do you mean what happens when you don't have to p**p, and use a suppository. well, it will either just start to melt, and come out, or it may get a bit of the bowels to empty -depends on what is inside of you, i guess.
