  1. You can't breathe directly in... it will freeze your saliva and suck the life out of your soul.

Frostbite would take effect almost immediately on any bare skin so you'd have to cover up with multiple layers everywhere, including feet.

  2. I've  been outside when the temperature has been -30F with the windchill.  It's not pleasant.

Exposed skin - especially your nose and ears - are in danger of frostbite within minutes.  Even bundled up, my cheeks were numb after a brisk 10 minute walk to class.  It's hard to breathe because the cold air chills the inside of your lungs. In fact, those with asthma or other respiratory problems are advised to not go outside at all in such weather.

Going outside without a jacket and warm clothing would probably result in you dying of hypothermia within an hour and  you'd have severe frostbite on your fingers, toes, and face.  Even if you didn't die, you would probably end up losing some of your fingers and toes due to the  frostbite.

It is possible to survive colder temperatures, but then you're talking about more extreme forms of clothing - probably things more akin to a space suit to protect you from the cold and wind.
