What would happen if you take an unrefrigerated (for 1 night) liquid Augmentin? - effects on children?

  1. Augmentin in liquid form deteriorates faster at room temperature than it does when refrigerated. I would think it would still retain most of its activity after only one night out of the fridge.


  2. It might not be as effective as it was originally.  It won't make the child sick, or any sicker than it would have if it was refrigerated (my kids got diarrhea when they were prescribed augmentin).
