  1. Honestly nothing. Zoloft is made to affect you by how much is in your system over a period of time. If you took 300 mg every day for a week it would start to affect you, but I wouldn't suggest this since your doctor went to school for a long time and knows why he/she is prescribing you medicine. You should talk to your doctor if you think you should increase your dosage.

  2. Twice as many people die from accidental overdoses from "prescription" drugs as from street drugs each year.

I can almost guarantee you this was in Heath Ledger's blood too.

Most anti-depressants are prescribed at about double the dose that is right for people in my opinion.  Try half the dose - that is more likely to help you.

  3. It would have a rather negative effect. All the side effects listed for Zoloft would hit you badly.

If it is difficult for a doctor to find the correct dose for each person, it is because the incorrect dose has either no effect or very unpleasant or dangerous side effects.

If any dose had the same effect there would be no need to produce Zoloft 50 mm, 100 mm, 200 mm etc. Don't you agree?

    All the best

  4. Seek emergency medical attention if you think you have taken too much of this medication. Symptoms of a sertraline overdose may include dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, rapid heartbeat, agitation, tremor, confusion, seizures, and coma..
