same as what will happen if you get cut anywhere else on your body. It will probably bleed, and you will need to clean the area and probably use disinfectant (probably a softer one as your p***s is really sensitive), otherwise it will become infected and that is bad. If it is infected. or if you do not know how to clean and disinfect you cut, it is always good to consult a doctor.
