  1. No.you are entitled to collect workmens compensation if you cannot do your job because of the injury.

  2. Get a lawyer.  If you really have work related injuries, they can't fire you.

  3. it really depends what type of benefits you had.

  4. There is no wrongful termination law per se, but rather a variety of state and Federal laws with provisions that protect employees from it. Under such laws, wrongful termination might apply if your employer fired or laid you off, or forced you to quit or retire. Below are just a few examples of reasons to justifiably claim wrongful termination.

    1) Discrimination

    2) Retaliation

    3) Defamation of Character

    4) Breach of Explicit or Implied Contract

    5) Breach of Good Faith and Fair Dealing

    6) Constructive Discharge

If you do not fall under one of the above then you probably have no case. But, you can still file for unemployment benefits, which recently has been extended for 1 year.

  5. Get unemployment as well.  I got fired once because my back went our for a week.  I got unemployment.  I had to fight the employer for it, but I won.

  6. If the injuries occurred because of your negligence, not much.

If the injuries were the company's fault, the employee could probably sue them.

Either way, I expect Workman Compensation would be involved.
