  1. They'd probably be very small-minded.

---My first thought was the same as the answer above--all the crazy stuff a person could get away with if they were that small.  If they had some normal-sized accomplices to help them out, they could totally steal anything.

  2. They'd feel belittled ;)

Seriously though, I think you'd find yourself feeling helpless and pretty darn scared of all the bugs you used to tower over etc.

Though you could probably sneak about really, really well so if you were a voyeur, you'd probably feel great.

  3. To answer, you have to provide a lot more data, most of which simply points out how impossible the result would be.   Are you going to keep the same proportion of mass of brain to mass of body? Then there probably aren't enough neurons to run the body, much less have a mental state.  Watching a hummingbird, 2-3 inches long, with a brain the size of a pea, it does an amazing job of doing something we can't - fly - and does battle for territory, but mental state?   If you were to increase the size of the brain in proportion to the body, what would you throw away.
