  1. Simple answer - they'd fall.

    It would be much more than the troposphere that would be affected if CO2 were removed from the air and overall there'd be a drop in temperature of several degrees.  I'd have to calculate the exact amount (takes a while) but off the top of my head I'd estimate between 7 and 10 degrees.
