If you drink somebody else's blood, nothing will happen.  Blood has no poison and blood has no magical medicinal properties.  It is just water with some protein in it.

Some tribes in Africa drink cows' blood in combination with milk or other food items.

If you eat meat, you are consuming animal blood on a daily basis!
