What would happen to someone if their question was reported several times as illigal?

  1. As in a queston on this site that breaks the rules? Haha, no, they would probably just be banned. You know; the whole free advertising and stuff is not real welcome in "forum" type situations.

  3. If there is signifigant suggestive evidence of a potential or actual crime, any service (Yahoo, AOL, MSN) is obligated to report what they know to proper authorities.  It's up to said law enforcement as to what happens, then.

    If said person only violates the service's rules enough times, then they'd have their account removed.  The reporting alone won't do it -- they'd have to be actual violations -- this is investigated per-case.

    Reporters who falsely report people also need to live up to the same standards and can have their accounts terminated if they abuse the reporting feature.
