What would happen to your health if you ate Taco Bell once a day?

We all saw supersize me. but what about taco bell

    to get your gall bladder taken out

    or just have the s***s a lot

    depends how your stomach  is

    that right eat some chicken

    it has lots of grease

  4. Depending on your system.  You might be able to handle it just fine!  If you are like some people, you can windup getting acid indigestion, acid reflux, gallbladder problems, or just an upset stomach,  and or the shoots.  

    If you watch what you order can make out fine and nothing will happen, you might even lose weight.  Or, you might windup with one of the above, or come out looking like the Goodyear Blimpe!  It can react the same on some, and may not act the same on everyone else.

    Try it out for yourself!   You might LIKE it!  LOL  Then again, you might not. lol

  5. Taco Bell is still fattening and high in sodium and eatting every day would be really unhealthy.

  7. their food is really greecy and fattening so it can mess up your health badly if you eat it everyday. if you want to be healthy, eat it once every week with at least two hours of exersize a week.

  8. "Supersize Me" was, for the most part, complete bull$h!t, so what you saw was meaningless.

    Eating double the RDA of any food will cause you to gain weight.

    Depending on what you eat at Taco Bell, nothing at all might happen to you. Get a few grilled chicken tacos, leave off the cheese, and there's nothing wrong with that.

    Avoid refried beans from most restaurants, as they make them with lard.

  9. I don't know what would happen. I guess you would live a normal life just like anyone else. I dare you to rather eat at Denny's everyday, and tell me how healthy you have become, or Olive Garden. Or how about TGI Friday's, Applebee's, Uno's, or  Bennigan's?

  10. I'd assume pretty much the same thing to happen.  Even the healthier items aren't that healthy really.  And even if you're just eating it once a day, how many items are you eating?  What are you eating?  A Grilled Stuft burrito or a Fresco Chicken taco?  

    I don't think fast food was meant to be eaten on a daily basis.
