  1. Not as much as would happen if you breathed in some space dust!

  2. Space is a vacuum, there is no air. Therefore you couldn't breath in, and you would suffocate. Also if you were in a position to breath space air you would die anyway because the pressure is too low, which would cause your bodily fluids to boil, and because they can't evaporate (because of the rapid loss of heat energy) and then you would basically explode. Nice huh.

  3. you would get really high, but make sure you take it back into your lungs or it will have no effect =D i find the best space air to be in amsterdam and spain

  4. This is the most strange question I ever heard

  5. All the air in your lungs would instantly be out of your body and you would suffocate.

EDIT:  There is gas in space, but it is about a billion times less dense than breathable air.

  6. There is no air - you'd die.

  7. you will breathe nothing.... then you will drown

  8. there is no air in space.  it is essentially just a great void really.  if you were even in space with no protective suit or anything like that then because of the change in pressure you would be killed, as you would explode... kinda.

so to answer your question... nothing would happen if you breathed in space air, because there is no such thing.

  9. It would smell heavenly!

  10. There is no oxygen in space to breathe.

    ...

  11. you would throw up your internal organs. there is not atmosphere in space. just a vaccum. have fun.

  12. No air in space?!?

What about the Air n' Space museum!

lol. No, there is no air in space.

  13. Supposedly there is no air or anything out there, but you would still "smell" space...

They say it smells like burnt almond cookies:

  14. Hello,

(ANS) There is No! such thing as "space air". By its very nature space is a vacuum it contains no breathable oxygen which is why astronauts have to wear space suits during space walks or when exploring the moon.

**If you tried to breath in space you would live only a few brief seconds before suffocating to death. Its would be the same as drowning in my opinion.

**If you want to see how this works just go and watch the DVD movie of 2001 a space Odyssey. There is a scene when precisely this happens.

  15. YOU cannot-- the vacuum and pressure difference literally sucks the air from your lungs almost instantly. You pass out-- very quickly!

Here is a NASA test (gone bad):

  16. if you were un protected in space and you opened your mouth all you organs would be sucked out by the vacumn right through your mouth

in theory you could be turned inside-out that way(ewww)

  17. You`d struggle to do that as there IS no air in space :)

  18. Theres no air but you would get a lung full of radiation

  19. Space air??

There is no air in space.

  20. You would explode due to the negative pressure in the vacuum of space. There is no air to breathe, so the space takes the air and everything else from your body and tries to pull it all out at once.
