What would have a stronger feel for this photo shoot?

I want the pictures to be kinda with the feeling of this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OXSkfTedVb0 Do you think i should have like heavy (but not crappy looking) makeup or very raw, almost none? Do you think it should be in black and white or color? And what kinda outfit do you imagine with this? I'm thinking either like raw black and white, or ethereal colored and light. Any way it would have very strong emotions.

i would go for a earthy-raw look , and i would go for black and white ,because black and white can be very powerful .
