What would high iron in the body mean?

I was just wondering because I have high iron in my body due to a lot of transfusions when I had cancer when I had cancer when I was a teenager.

*thenks* im not sure if lots of iron cud be bad, my sister has too little iron, so she gets mono which makes her sleep all the time, an insomnia, an tired all the time an nosebleeds when she has low iron. but the doctor said that her iron was high. then my mom read that having low iron can cause u to be dhydrated, so u have less blood, so it says u have lots of iron when u reallay dont. i thenk i wud ask ur doctor if it can be bad to have real high iron. an if ur feeling an of the symtomes of mono, u might actualee have low iron, so take iron capsuls!! ♥ stay healthy please, i liek u n_n
