  1. well i lived in japan for a long time and i went to school there (middle school) and it was cool.but since im kinda different skin then them they neglected me. but the education there is really interesting! they have fun cooking class, they got to trips (1~5 days trips also). Most school have their own swimming pool so for gym you gotta swim in summer. and most schools have uniforms. Learning Kanji will be hard theres hundreds of kanji's. You can join clubs afterschool. yeah so its fun its just that some people aren't used to foriegners. well goodluck if you are going.

  2. no idea

  3. School in Japan is similar to every other school in Asia.  More structured and intense.  One things for sure is that there is a whole lot more respect towards teachers.

  4. Grades 10-12, not mandatory and are higher secondary schools.

  5. big school buildings with lots of floors (most of the time), uniforms (most of the time), and lots of asians

  6. 11th-12th grade? so that's senior high school right?

Most of the students in this level are already preparing for their university exams (going to cram schools).. that is if they decide to go to a university.. so most of these kids are not in clubs or sports anymore.  some schools also include in their curriculum the review for university exams.

  7. You wear uniforms, and instead of going into your classes, your teachers come to you, and you might have to bring your own lunch. It's strict, and if you are late, your punishment will be strict, you come to school, and you put your shoes in a locker, and while in school you wear slippers. You walk or take a car to school.
