A wooden baseball bat or a metal one? So far, it's been the metal one but I've nailed a few bombs with the wooden one.

  1. A wooden Fungo bat hitting a golf ball is amazing!

Not sure who gave me a thumbs down...  but they've obviously never hit a golf ball with a fungo bat.

  2. old golf clubs were made of wood...new ones titanium

wood would hit it further, metal it wouldnt compress as much...giving u less power

  3. The reason why MLB uses wooden bats as opposed to aluminum (or other metals) is due to the fact that the ball would come off the face WAY TOO HOT and the ball would fly much further and more often.

I don't know the science behind it, but I would have to assume that a golf ball would have a similiar reaction as a baseball.

    Let's try it...

  4. i don't know, they should do some scientific reasearch on that. it might be metal bat because old golf clubs were made of wood and new metal ones go farther

  5. i would say a wooden one, but ive never tried it..............intresting, i think i might give it a shot.................
