What would i do if i forgot my wallet at home?

so I'm at a gas station, thinking i have my wallet on me right? and i tell them gas pumper to put $40 in (canada) and as he is pumping i started looking for my wallet, and well its not there, what would he do, and what should i do?

You step on that gas pettal and hit it!  Run Run WHile you can!!! Lol jk I guess tell them if they really want it so badly they will figure somethign out.

I've done it- I had to show some ID & promise to pay em back within 5 days (sign an IOU).

It wasn't that much risk for them- they'd got my numberplate, face (CCTV), & name & address

I work at a gas station and when somebody couldnt pay we would take something they had in there car as "collateral" (one time iI took a watch) until they came back and were able to pay, but we had problems with that. Now we do not let them leave the lot until somebody can bring payment and if there car leaves the lot we report them to the police as a drive off.
