  1. I would say so.  Then again, it depends on who you listen to and your own personal critical thinking abilities.  For instance, if you listen to George Carlin rant about the dramatic flaws of capitalism, it will give you a true sense of what really is, whereas if you listen to somebody like Pat Robertson... haha, watch out, boy.


  2. Cool sculpture.  

    I agree that listening and consciously making an effort to see thing from different points of view (even if you disagree with that point of view) are of paramount importance in business, politics, and, in general, society.  It has been said, "there are two sides to every story."  Truth is, at times, subjective; particularly where History is concerned, and different countries or cultures will view events differently.  Rather than there being "two sides to every coin," I see truth (or reality) as being more cube-shaped.  The exceptional sculpture in your link is an excellent representation for this concept.  Thanks for the link.....I enjoyed this little journey of thought.
