What would it cost to live in these Toronto neighborhoods?

I've narrowed down my search to Leslieville, Little Italy or Riverside as far as where to move to when I graduate high school. I want something trendy but cheaper then Queen West Street, etc.

Are these place affordable?

I want a one bedroom or bachelor/studio for under $850.

Please let me know, and I wouldn't mind ou ythrowing in your thoughts on the neighborhoods.

yeah, you can make it. $850 one bedroom apartment. However, if you are willing to save money, you can get rent starting at $400 per room if you rent only one bedroom from a house
