I know it's morbid, but I'm kinda curious.

  1. microwave an egg in it's shell and it will tell you

  2. That is a horrible story.

    Curiosity is normal.

There was a man who was curious to see if certain things would cause fires when microwaved.  He disabled certain parts of the microwave, and one day by accident he microwaved his thumb.  The pain that he reported was an immediate painful sensation all over his thumb.  He pulled his hand away immediately, so he was only burned a little.

What happens when microwaves encounter flesh is that all the nerves are stimulated to pain all at once.  The degree of pain increases with the length of exposure, until the nerve-endings die.  Microwaves cannot penetrate too deeply, and rely on heat transference to cook large objects, so pain would continue to eat inward until all nerve-endings were dead.

To be microwaved alive would feel like this:

First, it would feel like when you have a really bad sunburn and go out in the sun.

Then, it would be the worst pain you could imagine, but all in your skin.  All your skin nerve-endings would be in pain at once.

Your skin would die after a few minutes, and the real pain would start, because the fat underneath the skin would start to turn into hot oil.

I think that being microwaved to death would have to be the worst way to die - at least the most painful.

  3. worse than a sunburn with baby oil, vegetable oil, canola oil, olive oil, and motor oil.  oh, and pam.

  4. How you feel will depend on the intensity of the microwave radiation.  If it is high, you will feel like you are being broiled from the inside.

However, keep in mind that you are already being hit by microwaves of low intensity from various sources.  I once saw a proposal to reduce heating costs in buildings by having many low power microwave sources that would merely heat up the water in people's bodies.

  5. Put a dog in there, in few seconds it explodes

same with a cat and a human, etc.

If you want a better answer but a raw egg with a shell in the microwave and you will see what I mean.

  6. Iono, hot.

    *s**y look*
