  1. Tell you when we find those other creatures -out there- for there are many ways of seeing and many ways of hearing.

  2. just like someone trapped  forever

  3. It is hard to imagine.  I think it would be very dark and very lonely.  Honestly, I don't know how someone would live.  It sounds like a miserable existence.  When we use our imagination, have dreams or picture something in our minds, those of us who are fortunate enough to have sight....have a point of reference....images get stored in our minds, we are constantly taking in information just by seeing and observing.  The brain is almost like a file cabinet.  When I smell an apple, a picture of an apple flashes in my head, if I smell baby powder, the image of a baby pops in my mind - the thought of my baby's smile makes me happy...when I hear a certain song it takes me back to a place in time...it brings back memories.....I remember everything from the outfit I wore, to what I ate or how I felt when I first heard that song......without hearing and seeing, I would not be able to do that.  These senses are so vital to every day living for me that just the thought of not having them is scary.

  4. Just the same. We'll have nothing to compare our existence to -- like  worms who don't give qualms being worms.

All we'll see is infinite darkness and sound could be recognized through the vibrations it created. We'll not care about these things because the lack of the audio-video capability will stifle the growth of intellect. We'll be too dumb to know the difference.

  5. George Bush?

  6. Well, that would be a drastically different world.  That would take out our verbal communication for sure.  But it also might make it a sweeter place to be as without vision people would not spend so much time worrying about what they look like, or what other think about them.  I think there would be less judgmental action from people.  Also, I think we would live in a world of more honest, true loves.  Because, all we would have to base this on our physical touch, as our other senses would not come into play here.

    Thanks for reading!

  7. it would suck

  8. I would feel like Mr. Bush

  9. DARK and SILENT

  10. I disagree with Fifi and Veronica. You are convinced it will be miserable, out of the attachment you have for these senses. I think that since we would have never had these senses, we wouldn't miss them. Plus we would probably develop other senses that would make of for them.

To CHRIZZY: Pshhh.... Like they couldn't tell how bad mankind is anyways.... it probably some drugged up kid who took his sight.

  11. well I wouldn't be able to read this question and answer it.

  12. sometimes in life a person should thank god that he has given you the greatest gift. because you are able to see, hear, talk and smell. imagine those people who can't see or hears. how do they feel? they can't see the beauty of the world or hear when you talk to them.

so life without eyes or ears is miserable

  13. In some aspects, we may think that blind and deaf people are pathethic but when you try see it in a positive way they are advantages being in their situation.

Blind and deaf person are so sensitive to their environment. And besides, they are lucky because they would not hear how noisy the world is. They would not see how evil and bad man is.
