Just put any special skills you have which may help you with the job. These don't have to be from a workplace. They can be skills you used at school, at home, with friends etc.

For instance:

I am a good team player or I work well in a team.

If asked to provide an example you could talk about how you worked in a group to complete a project at school.

I am able to deal with conflict in a rational way

Explain how you deal with conflict within your family

Match your skills to the job. The two I have already mentioned are ones that will work for any job.
