Okay, so:

1. I think skinny jeans in blue denim - dark or light. Or denim hotpants.

2. Shoe-wise: Either cool sneakers (as shown) or some cute little round-toe ballet pumps :)

3. If you decide on denim hotpants then it would look nice with lacey tights or cute over-the-knee socks, but these are optional :) However, they look really cute in my opinion :)

4. Wear how ever much jewellery you feel comfortable in but I like to wrap long bead necklaces around my wrist, cause I think it looks cool :D

5. Wear nice hair accessories - like bows! Or clips or something pretty :)

I think this will look lovely :)

black flats with a tan skirt? sorry but i dont think so at all. i think it would b cute with dark skinny jeans. but the tan skirt would b cute with the right shoes
