You could think of a product to sell and create a commercial. (Something outrageous like... I don't know... f**t juice.... whatever)

A music video

Write an original movie

A Public Service Announcement

An Infomercial

There are so many possibilities....

Do a commercial for something, or make up a new product and make it a comedy, drama or even murder mistery commercial.

Answer 1 offers some valid suggestions, though I doubt many would sit through a real 3 minute commercial, I suppose there are those addicted to inane infomercials.

   Certainly the suggestions are spot on, and you'd hardly have time for things like character development, etc. in 3 minutes.
