What would make you want to request a caddy over and over?

What things should a caddy do to make you want to request him every round you play?

Mainly if I scored well with him on the bag.  We got along in a relaxed manner, he know what club I generally hit from different differences, knew to keep my clubs clean, was good at reading putts, and gave me accurate yardages.

His demeanor, the respect he shows the player,the knowledge of the game, his knowledge of your game, the ettiquette he displays on the course toward the player and other players in the foursome, the hustle and willingness to help are all factors for requesting the good caddy.  The better caddy may have several" steadies" who will request him when they arrive for a game.

He needs to know carry distances,from everywhere, to everywhere. he must know the green slopes. He must know your yardages for every club, carry and with roll. he needs to know how the wind above the tree line plays. What a good caddy knows is endless. A bad caddy just carries your bag.
