  1. I don't know anything about your life and situation, but in general, I think finding that happiness that has been buried so deep would make anyone's life better.

I would say this would make my life better, except I have already done this within the last year.  Let me tell you I am living a new life.  I am high on happiness.  I am a new person who seeks information, knowledge and understanding of myself more than ever.  I wake up each day with a positive attitude, and I am more thankful and grateful for all that I have in my life.  I see that I am truly blessed.

I know some people may argue that they aren't happy and don't have that happiness on the inside.  But happiness is not FOUND. We all have it, but some of us choose to keep pushing it down, and covering it with all the negative problems in our life.  It may take a little time to clear out that negativity to pull out the happiness and dust it off. This means a little hard work and challenges for you.  But let me tell you, this has been the best decision I have made in the last year!

    Thanks for reading!

  2. Living in peace.  With a mind full of serenity and without fear,  I am free.

  3. Maybe if I could eat everything I wanted, at any time and never get fat, I would feel better!

  4. an IPHONE

  5. Honest, patient, courteous behaviour from more people. Whether it is a driver watching out for that pedestrian before they turn right while looking left at oncoming traffic, or a person just saying, lets have a coffee, or someone respecting your space instead of pressing their demands urgently. Especially in the worklace where people seem to think to get ahead they have to let it all flow downhill.

  6. discipline.

  7. Virtue.

    Perfect virtue is incorruptible.

Natura was a Latin translation of the Greek word physis (φύσις), which originally related to the intrinsic characteristics that plants, animals, and other features of the world develop of their own accord. This definition contained the concept of "virtue."

    Best regards.
