It depends how many points your school awards for pluses and minuses.  If it is .75 and .25 respectively, then your GPA is 3.25.  That is assuming that each course is worth the same number of credits.

you add up each one and divide by the number of grades you have.  so 3 a's is 12 2's is 6 and c is 1 so that comes out to 19 now you divide by 6 (the number of grades you have) so you have a 3.1 GPA
