What would my grandchildren be to their new Step Grandmother's Children ? they say sisters, I say cousin.

Five girls ,eight and six of age will be related by marriage not blood. do they call them sisters or cousins? Or does it really matter. they all get along like sisters, fight and fuss a lot. My two doesn't like that they call their Grandpa, Daddy.

ok if they are yalls grandchildren then they are  step cousins they only way they would be step sisters is if they were yalls children. but they could call themselves sisters if yall are raising them.
