What would one charge to clean a new trac home after they paint?

I have a cleaning business and was asked by a general contractor if I would be interested in cleaning some new trac homes being built in our area after they paint them.

I have never done this job before so I have no idea what to charge. Thanks in advance for your help...

I am from N.E. Georgia U.S.A. my wife worked in a buisness that did only final cleans on new construction.They would charge by the window and square footage. I.e. a 3500 .sf. house would adverage about 1500.00 to 2000.00 $. But that was cleaning everything spotless,ready to move in.
