Problem statement = what is the best preservative for a banana, between Coca Cola, water, lemon juice, and vinegar?

Hypothesis = I predict that the best preservative out of the four liquids would be lemon juice, because of the citric acid it contains.

you would just leave the banana out in the open, with no treatment. this will show the natural progression of the banana.
