  1. i would say the similarity would be that they both cook in alot of sauce, and the difference, indian cuisine is very spicy and very hot.


  2. its a hard question!

    Indian food tends to be a highly spiced cuisine. French tends to depend on delicate flavours.

    That being said, have a look at western french food, almost spanish for a similiarity to indian food.

  3. There are far more differences than similarities!  

    Similarities:  use of salt, pepper, vinegar (Goan dishes)

    Differences: use of spices, cooking methods & techniques

    This is like trying to compare apples to spinach but I do have an idea:
