A seizure in a bird can be from many things. Inhaled posions which for birds are smoke, heated teflon pans, aerosols of any kind. ammonia. Could also be calcium defeciant or have disease of inner ear and other thins like lead or zinc posioning. They can shake all over, fall down, do circles, tap their feet all over place. Afterwards they are disoriented  and may go sideways. I would seek vet care asap and see what is causing this. Eventually it usually leads to death.  Important to find cause. Good luck. There are many treatments depending on cause of this.
