  1. l'amore conquista tutti

  2. L'Amore vince tutto.

You may remember "Amor vincit omnia" in "The Canterbury Tales", they mean the same.

  3. Chekazzo, Terra Nostra and Cosimo are all correct and the others are wrong. As you say, "conquista tutto"  is a word for word translation and would be used in terms of territorial conquest. "Tutti" would mean "all persons".  "Vince" means "wins over" so you do not need the "su" .

Think of the meaning of the English which is "Love overcomes everything". This is a universal saying that goes back to the Latin poet  Virgil (70 BC - 19 BC) "Omnia vincit amor", and the equivalent Italian expression is "L'amore vince tutto".

  4. Why don't you go straight for the original in Latin?

    "Amor Omnia Vincit"

  5. L'amore vince tutto.

    _______

'Vincere' is a transitive verb in Italian - it takes no preposition.

  6. The original, famous sentence (in Latin) is "Amor omnia vincit". The italian translation is "L'amore vince tutto"or if you want (but in my opinion it's less poetic)"L'amore vince su tutto". Both mean that love overcome everything!

I think it could be true!
