Well, I really need to play the bridge for the beatles song "A little help from my friends" on guitar (The part where they sing "Do you need anybody? ...I want somebody to love.") I found these chords, but want to play the power chords instead.

  1. Can't be done.. A power chord is not a real chord but an implied chord made up of 2 notes.

A chord whether major or minor is made up of at least 3 notes. The C#m chord has 3 notes in it (C#, G#, and E). The F#m7 chord has 4 notes in it (F#, C#, A, and E).

The 2 string power chords would simply be C# and F# being neither minor nor 7th because the 3rd note that would make it either major or minor isn't being played, neither is the note to make it a 7th (the 7th to F# is E).
