Maybe I'm just paranoid, but I reckon that we get scrutinised for any bad behaviour more than any other club. And Sydney (being a "target market" for a new franchise) get away with blue murder compared to any other club.

Did you know that the Tribunal News menu option disappeared from the AFL official website for about 5 weeks after the first Hall incident, and then magically reappeared once the issue had died down. Cover up? "De-emphasis"? Well, it made me think.

  1. Probably a life ban and a 100,000 dollar fine. The system is so corrupt.

  2. I was thinking the same thing, Adam goodes also gets away with a lot, they are defiantly protective territory and it should be fair all across the country.

I didn't see the tribunal news on the afl website but i sure does sound pretty suss.

  3. a pat on the back and a job well done, lol

  4. Yeah, I agree, both Sydney and Brisbane get away with anything because the AFL wants to expand it's market up there. If it happened at high profile clubs like Collingwood, Carlton and West Coast, it would have been a much bigger issue (not saying that it already isn't big). Nobody puts Sydney down, but if a player from one of the other clubs I mentioned got in trouble, the whole club gets bagged by others.

  5. If he was at West Coast maybe some pot?

    =)
